30 is a great everyday bag because it fits a lot of stuff and looks stylish. 25 is a bit more elegant in my opinion and I would wear it to an evening out, while I wouldn't use the 30 for that purpose. 25 is not exactly small - it can fit a good number of items too. Huge bags have been very popular lately and many women are used to them and don't feel like a smaller bag is enough. I suggest you go to a boutique and try them on to see what looks best. Ask if you can fill a bag with your things to see whether you actually need a bigger or smaller one. (I did that last time I was buying and they were very nice about it.
