i'm glad she got a replacement. i've been using my artsy often but not everyday. so far it's as good as new, no problems at all.as for keeping things secure, i usually prefer bags that have a zipper closure. with the artsy you can fold the top down and since it fits close under my arm, there's no issues with items falling out.
