I only started carrying LV 9 years ago. My husband and I were newly married and he wanted to buy me something while we were out shopping in San Diego. We came across a LV store at Horton Plaza and I stopped dead in my tracks. Of course I had heard of LV but never thought I could afford a handbag. I still have it today and I look at it sometimes (I don't carry it that much anymore) and it reminds me of how far we've come as a couple.
