oh GOSH- so went back to LV tonight to look at the Totally MM one last time, and all of a sudden, Miss Mono Stresa GM catches me at the corner of my eye! She had a beautiful patina and was in all her casual chic cute glory. I purchased the promenade one and I love it! The inside is great! It is just something different to spice things up. I usually carry a different colored vernis alma mm or an artsy and this will just be for more fun and casual times. I like the promenade over the escale because you will not see any potential marks as easily because of the darker colors. I had no intention of purchasing one and my SA said they only received one in each design and that they were really limited so he wanted to give me a chance to purchase one, and so I decided to give it a try. I think you handled the 2nd situation perfectly, and to be honest, I probably would have done the same thing if I were you in the 1st situation. Sometimes carrying LV can make me uncomfortable and my confidence seems to go right down the drain. I know occasionally I'll be running into a store or out to eat and someone comes up to me and starts fussing over my bag and asking me how much it was or if it's a fake. That definitely makes me uncomfortable! I usually just say I got it as a gift so I don't know how much it was and that it's definitely not a fake. I just think it's rude for people to ask stuff like that . So unfortunately sometimes I'll be a little shy when wearing my mono LV but it still doesn't stop me.Anyway, try to keep in mind that you look FAB carrying your LV and if someone doesn't like it, then tough. Thanks all! I had to return her today for an exchange.........before taking her out, I noticed that there was an imprint on the leather from the straps when it was stored. It made a dent and imprint on one side of the bag. The store ordered a new one, so now have to wait a couple of days. Has this happened to anyone with Epi? m47515
